Order Pick & Pack
Once a return is authorized directly with a customer,
the item is shipped back to our Full Circle Fulfillment
center using a dedicated P.O. box address. Upon arrival,
our team swiftly scans the items into our CRM system,
reconciling the return with the customer's details and
confirming safe receipt.
We meticulously inspect the returned product, noting its
condition and ensuring it is complete, unopened, and with packaging intact.
According to the agreed-upon protocol, we then either return the product
to the client's stock for resale, re-package it,
or set it aside for disposal based on their preferences.
