Our dedicated, free-to-access client CRM system allows you to monitor customer orders, returns, and stock levels 24/7. This provides complete visibility of your account status anytime, anywhere. We utilize an online OPIM (Operations and Information Management) system to efficiently process orders. This system generates integrated invoice and label PDFs from imported customer order data. We receive daily import files from your API or FTP, and for order volumes exceeding 5,000, we process imports twice daily. This file includes all necessary data to handle your customer orders for that day.
